Australia has contributed US$ 12.8 million to ILO voluntary non-core funding in 2020-23

Australia is a key partner of the ILO in advancing decent work and social justice worlwide.  

The ILO works closely with Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Australian Attorney-General's Department on promoting safe and fair labour migration, on improving of social protection coverage and on promoting the implementation of ILO Standards in Pacific Island Countries.
