Barriers and opportunities for enterprise formalization in Suriname - Assessment of the wood and tourism sectors

To progress Surinamese economic development sustainably, enterprise formalization is vital. This report documents the main barriers to the formalization of enterprise in Suriname’s wood and tourism sectors. It presents insights gathered from 50 stakeholders across Government, local enterprises, employers' and business membership organizations, workers' organizations, international organizations, and civil society.
