Consultancy services to improve Enterprises’ Capacities on the Dual Education System to Strengthen Responsible Business Conduct in the Automotive Sector

The consultant(s) will be assigned to enhance the capacities of enterprises, particularly SMEs and the suppliers of MNEs, in the automotive sector, to strengthen the dual education system, through the application of the ILO Quality Apprenticeship Recommendation No. 208, which aims to ensure that workers and youth, including women, those in marginalized and vulnerable situations, and managers, are equipped to meet productivity requirements while promoting decent work and environmental sustainability. The study is expected to focus both systems in Thailand supported by OVEC and DSD respectively. The consultant(s) will closely work with the Skills Development and Responsible Business Conduct project team.
