The ILO and the G7

The G7 is an informal grouping of seven of the world’s advanced economies, including Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union and serves as a forum to coordinate global policy. The ILO actively supports the G7 by contributing data, analysis and policy recommendations on labour, economic and social issues to shape political responses to global challenges. It is a valued knowledge partner in the Employment Working Group, established in 2022.
