ILO Office for the European Union and the Benelux countries

The ILO Office for the European Union and the Benelux countries, ILO-Brussels, represents the International Labour Organization on the one hand to the tripartite constituents of the Benelux countries (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) and on the other hand to the institutions of the European Union (EU), in particular the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Economic and Social Committee, the Council of Ministers and the European Council. 

Furthermore it maintains relationships and dialogue with other EU institutions and agencies, with European social partners and with a number of important actors in civil society. It also participates in the work of the United Nations towards the EU.
