Launch of the Asia-Pacific Employment and Social Outlook (APESO) 2024 report

Every two years the International Labour Organization (ILO) produces the Asia and Pacific Employment and Social Outlook (APESO). This regional flagship report highlights trends in key labour market indicators to support evidence-based interventions in the region. With the region’s rate of population ageing growing at a fast rate, the APESO 2024 also features a chapter on trends and challenges of ageing in the Asia-Pacific region.

The ILO’s Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific will launch the report on Tuesday, 28 May 2024 from 14.00 to 15.00 hrs at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Thailand (FCCT) in Bangkok.
