Reflections on the introduction of Universal Labour Guarantee in selected Central and Eastern European countries

The authors of the report discuss the current division between employees and the self-employed in their respective countries, both in the labour legislation, as well as in fiscal regulations. While examining national law and practice, they reflect on the legal and regulatory space for the introduction of the Universal Labour Guarantee in these contexts.
