The Project, initiated with the support of the European Union Delegation to Türkiye by the International Labour Organization (ILO), aims to contribute to ensure that Fundamentals Principles and Rights at Work specified in the Fundamental ILO Conventions in the changing world of work in Türkiye are improved and better respected.

The project aims to enhance the technical and advocacy capacities of the target audience for both preserving and enhancing the Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in the future of work and for their involvement in social dialogue processes, thereby improving access to Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
The target audience of the project consists of workers' and employers' organizations as well as rights-based civil society organizations.
