TERMS OF REFERENCE For Rapid Assessment and Scoping EIIP Potential in North-Eastern States of India
The main purpose of this study is to assess the potential to develop EIIP projects and/or policy
and technical advisory services in the NER to support employment generation, infrastructure development and climate change adaptation for more resilient rural communities.
