The Cayman Islands is a non-metropolitan territory of the International Labour Organization (ILO). The Overseas British Territory participates in ILO-led activities to advance decent work and social justice across subregion, including the biannual Caribbean Ministers of Labour Meeting and Future of Work initiatives.
